How to
Innovate & Design
Innovation needs structure. My process& Workshops transforms challenges into opportunities and guides ideas step by step, from the first spark to implementation.
Road to innovation
Discover & Analyze
Every project starts with a deep dive: research, analysis, and exploration of markets, users, and challenges. This stage uncovers the insights that form the foundation for innovation.
1
2
Define
We define the right problem to solve – and identify the “generators” that inspire idea development. This ensures that ideation is both creative and focused.
Curate
Ideas must be shaped and refined. Through workshops, I involve diverse stakeholders in the process, curating and evolving ideas into meaningful directions.
3
Develop
For the most promising ideas, I create Idea Papers – first strategic outlines including initial KPIs and business perspectives.
4
Prototype
The strongest concepts are translated into quick, tangible prototypes. These allow for early testing, feedback, and iteration.
5
6
Deliver
At this stage, clients receive a pool of curated ideas – with the most promising ones developed in more detail. Decision gates help to select which ideas move forward.
Implement
Selected concepts are guided into implementation. I support organizations in integrating innovation into existing processes and preparing successful market launches.

Workshops
Design Thinking
Solving complex problems requires new perspectives – and teamwork. In my Design Thinking workshops, challenges are approached with a collaborative mindset: ideas are explored, shared, and built together.
Imagine a room filled with Post-its, endless meters of whiteboard space, and a team fully engaged. Step by step, we move from understanding the challenge to generating bold ideas, curating solutions, and sketching first prototypes.
This workshop is not about abstract theory – it’s about action. By combining creativity with structure, participants experience how powerful co-creation can be. In just a few hours, we transform a problem into a set of tangible, innovative solutions.

LEGO® Serious Play®
Sometimes the best way to solve complex challenges is to think with your hands. LEGO® Serious Play® is a powerful method that uses LEGO bricks as a language to explore ideas, share perspectives, and unlock creativity.
In these workshops, participants build models that represent their thoughts, challenges, and visions. The bricks serve as a bridge between imagination and reality, making abstract ideas visible, tangible, and easier to discuss.
It’s a playful, yet highly effective process: teams align faster, hidden insights come to the surface, and innovative solutions emerge through storytelling and collaboration.
With LEGO® Serious Play®, strategy becomes hands-on , and innovation becomes fun
Rapid Prototyping
Innovation needs speed. In my Rapid Prototyping workshops, ideas don’t stay on paper, they quickly take shape. With simple materials like paper, cardboard, and tape, participants build first prototypes in just a short time.
The goal is not perfection, but exploration: by making ideas tangible, teams gain new perspectives, test assumptions, and spark further inspiration. Prototypes act as conversation starters, they invite feedback, challenge thinking, and accelerate development.
This hands-on approach creates momentum and energy. Within a single session, abstract concepts become visible solutions that can be refined, iterated, and carried forward.

Design & Interiordesign
Sketches
At the beginning of many projects, I work with quick hand sketches. They are a fast and intuitive way to capture ideas, explore possibilities, and visualize first concepts. These sketches provide an initial impression of the design direction and show how a project could evolve.

Concepts & plans
From products to interior spaces, I create precise CAD plans that serve as a foundation for discussions with engineers, contractors, or building authorities. My background as a trained craftsman allows me to anticipate challenges early on and integrate practical know-how into the planning process. This ensures that every concept is not only well designed but also ready for smooth implementation.
Rendering/ Visuals
From the 3D models I create, I can develop detailed renderings that bring ideas to life. These visualizations show the product or space with the planned materials, proportions, and atmosphere, offering a realistic impression of the final result before it is built.
